Project Overview:​

• Minimized weight of cantilever beam design in COMSOL under multiple pressure conditions

• Pinpointed preferred optimization technique (shape, parameterized, topology) and solver (MMA, SNOPT, Nelder-Mead) in different scenarios

• Evaluated the performance and effect of design based on equilibrium and statics and calculated maximi weight reduction from original design
