Project Overview:​

  • Performed dynamic and static accelerometer calibrations and analyzed vibrating transient systems in MATLAB

  • Investigated cross-material penetration depth in dropped test analysis by performing fast-fourier transformation of the acceleration data

  • Calculated error propagations for uncertainty in accelerator and strain gauge data from LabVIEW

  • Derived mechanical properties (angular & natural frequencies, time constant, damping ratio, Young's modulus, moment of inertia) of vibrating beam
